nav 2009 crashes when trying to export to excel

Hello!
One user is having problems when trying to export anything to excel since the upgrade to nav 2009 sp1 . When pressing the export to excel button to export anything nav crashes and shuts down. Is there a reason for this to happen? All the other users can export normally. ](*,)
