Ledger/ Entries/ Journal

Hi everyone,

I am still newbie to Navision, hence do not spam me for asking which might sounds stupid questions below to you guys.

I would like to know whats ledger/ entry/ and journal for?

If 1 of them is missing what will happen?

Any help/ guide is much appreciated.

first login to nav then click F1 to get the Help - you can find out all about journals & ledgers there.

I can't think of one legit reason why one would be missing
if you install the product correctly.

Now if you want to go haphazardly thru tables & forms deleting without knowing what your doing you are going to have issues. this will be true with most tables not just ledger tables

So if you don't know what you're doing or you're not sure then use the montra
Just DON'T do it!
