Windows Login List Showing SIDs

Hi,
I have an odd error where one of the users when viewing the Windows Login list form sees the SIDs rather than the actual domain\username. The only username they see is their own name. All other users can see the login names fine. Usually this means the user is not logged into the same domain as the domain the users are configured for, but this is not the case. The user is logged in fine under their domain login and can use the database fine.
Any ideas?
