Printing on a Terminal Server

Hi
We are running Navision Financials 2.00 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.
Our problem is that the printers keep changing, and this gives us a new
NE-id.
Example:
"HP LaserJet 2300 Series PCL 6,Ne01:"
Is there a way to deal with this problem? I've heard someone talk about
replacing Ne01 with *, is this possible?
-Thanks-

you can change (or your NSC) the Codeunit 1, function FindPrinter, and with using table Printer you can find the right device name and identifier...
something asPrinter.SETRANGE(Name,SELECTSTR(1,PrinterName)); IF Printer.FIND('-') THEN BEGIN RealPrinterName=STRSUBSTNO('%1,%2',Printer.Name,Printer.Device); END;
