Defining Image Size

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if there was a way to predefine the image size within a report.
I'm trying to have an image show up one size when present but have the field collapse when no image is present to eliminate white space.

Any help will be much obligied,

you can have the picture in it's own section and either display or hide the section depending if you pic exists or not.

ie/ like how the aging report shows Details or Not.
