"There are errors in Text Conversion..." due to wrong *.stx

Hi,
I am restoring a NAV 2009 SP1 SQL DB from FBK files from one Server1 to Server2.
When I restore it, it throws error saying "There are errors in Text Conversion because text no. 1980-0 does not exist in the .stx file. Internal Error 47-1"
I believe that some .stx file needs to copied from Server1 to Server2.
In what directories are they located and where do I need to copy them?

In this case I would look at the stx file at the NAV client. Make sure that you run the 2009 SP1 client and not an earlier version.
Just by having a quick look a the stx file of 2009 I can see that it does not have a text 1980-0 in it while the one for SP1 has.
