Which menusuite has the information to display what menus under Departments in RTC? I am not seeing some of the menus we had in Classic (menusuite 90)? Thanks

Each classic menusuite should be transformed to RTC menusuite. Given your menusuite 90 (for classic) a menusuite 1090 should exist for RTC.
BTW: to create MEN1090 form MEN90 use the Transformation Tool
