[FUNCTIONAL] Res. Group VS Resource on Sales Lines

Hi experts,

I need some explanation over Nav's behavior when creating an order/quote/invoice
for a resource which has a price&cost configured.

If this resource belongs to a resource group which also has a price&cost configured:

1) Which price&cost is taken into account? The one of the resource or the one of the Res. Group or both?

2) Also is it possible to create an order/quote/invoice with a Resource group rather than a resource.
For example if we don't know which person is going to be sent to the customer. Or do we have
to configure "dummy"/templates resources such as Project Manager, Consultant and so on?
