To clear filters on Item List - RTC

Hi

I thought that this would be an easy one but it proving a tease that I can't resolve.

One user only is getting an error when they call up the Inventory List in RTC "A value in the filter '@'M5 HELICOIL SS 303*' in the Item Category Code field in the Item table is too long for the field type. Type Code 10.

Any suggestions on how to clear this filter for just the 1 client pls?

    Are you getting this error while running Item List?

    You can clear the delete personalization in role center page.. but it will clear all filters

    Yes tried your suggestion "You can clear the delete personalization in role center page.. but it will clear all filters" but the error hasn't gone away!

    Thanks for your reply :lol: !

    This is an RTC issue - you still recommend deleting the zup file and recompiling the page.

    Not sure how they did it - tried to duplicate it but to no avail. Tried removing their User Metadata and PersonalizationStore.xml file but the filter setting is invincible ](*,) !

    Hello All,

    Did you resolved your above issue?
    I am also getting the same issue.

    I have found one Microsoft Bug in all Voucher Forms and Pages
    e.g.
    Form 16569 - Bank Receipt Voucher
    Page 16569 - Bank Receipt Voucher

    There are 2 global variables
    AccName-Text-30
    (It must be 50)
    BalAccName-Text-30
    (It must be 50)

    Now I changed it to 50 from 30.

    But, in Classic problem is resolved. \
    The users having RTC Profile created, are still having an issue while opening the Page as shown in attachment.

    But, the same page can get opened on new created users.

    So, I think, it is an issue regarding PersonalizationStores.

    Please, suggest the solution.

    Try to re-save and re-compile the page.

    I did all the things.

    But, issue can only be resolved by making new profile in Client/End user PC.
    I also talked with Microsoft Team Developer.
    He was also surprised #-o :-k by this kind of behavior of the system.
    Still not having a satisfactory solution.

    Any suggestion???

    Did you try by deleting the personalization?
