Print barcode on report from nas

Hi,

We are not able to print a barcode with Free 3 of 9 font on a picking list with a command from a handheld scanner. We are using NAV 2009 R2. The barcode is printed correctly when printing from a client on the same machine with the nas user, using the same printer. The nas has also been restarted. We have installed the font on the nas server, the sql server and the printer server. The servers are on Windows Server 2003. The barcode is not printed on other printers either when printing from the nas. Instead of the barcode, it shows *PI00001*.

Any suggestions?

Did you manage to solve this? I have the same issue, also R2. Looks like a bug to me.

Hi Mark,

it was not sufficient to install the fonts. We had to completely restart the nas server before it worked.

Ah, I was affraid of that.

So I need to find a timeframe to restart the server... :?

Somewhere between 23:00 and 6:00. Bummer...
