Upgrade 40 SP3 to SP1

Hello Experts,
I am doing upgrade of 4.0 SP3 IN localization to 2009 SP1 IN.
The problem i am facing is while importing the objects of 2009 Base Version in DevToolKit, it shows me error for reports.
The error comes when the import comes at "OnOpenForm" trigger of Request Form.
Here is the attachment, as I am not able to find out the problem.
Is there any thing we require to do to configure the DevToolKit after installing it? I mean do we need to copy any .dll files or .stx files in to DevToolKit directory (where we installed it)?
I have heard such things but want to confirm.
Please guide me.....!!!!!

I faced the same problem during an upgrade. All i did was skipping the reports and import all the other objects and then continue with ur upgrade.
At the end, just import the reports that you created which should be between the id 50000 - 99999.
