Uploading patch

Hi,

I am encountering with a strange problem while trying to update patch for service tax(POT). we are trying to replace the objects with the patch just to test how it is working. But we are getting 'reference to variable---can't find' error. When I checked, all the functions are available in tables. But strangely, can't access these functions in codeunits where we are using these tables as record variables. Curious to know why this happens.

Is it because of some version clash?.

is it a base DB or any FP or HF's applyied?

Sorry, I didn't understand your question fully. we havn't done so many customizations, its a base db

Did you apply any feature pack or hot fixes on that database?

no, we have not applied any hot fixes so far. Is it because of some version mismatch?. We are using NAV 2009 SP1.

Read the Release Note before applying any fixes..

Before this update can be installed the following prerequisites are required:
 Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 IN + FP1 + 57061
