Business Analytics Version and Install problem

Hello,
I have following version on the active system :.

Is this the latest version and there are a installation description available?

When I install it on a testsystem I have a problem.
The install process is ok but when I start the "Configuration start" in Navision it stops with following error:
Exception EOLEException raised in TMDXDBMaintThread.Execute(Analysis): The User 'xxx/BAUSR_xxx' can not access to the STANDARD BA-Database.
The source is the ANTServer.
This happen when the "Configuration start" try to create the Analysis Database.
