when i see the Keys of a table i see some fields
KeyGroups
Maintain SQL Index
MaintainsSIFTIndex
SQL Index.
What are this fields? Can i improve performance with this fields?

For example, with older NAV versions (pre Dynamic Cursor) the "SQLIndex" property (used correctly!) could help, with all newer NAV versions actually using it could screw up your system.
