filled expected receipt date column in whse. request table

Please help for this case.
When i run get source no. in inventory put away which the source document is Purchase Order, there was no Purchase order i've been created in Source Docments page. then i look into warehouse request table (from Classic Client), i've found that Expected Receipt Date column had filled. but when i deleted the value of that column, and i try to get source no. again, the purchase in question was appear.
the question is:
why there is some of blank column and some of filled column in warehouse request table. which purchase order with filled expected receipt date column didn't appear in the Souce Documents page.
