Hi All,

I have created one Instance(Display Name:Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Instance 2) to open more than 1 DB from RTC by using following Walkthrough.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301437.aspx

Iam getting the attached Error message while starting the created service.

I have changed "ServerInstance" value="DynamicsNAV2" in the CustomSettings file.

OS - WIN 7
NAV Build - 32259

Thanks in Advance,
Mallikarjuna Kilari

Try Restarting the Net TCP service.

Thanks for the reply, I have restarted Net.TCP service after changing the Startup type to Manual.

    Still getting the same Error.

FYI: I have executed all the steps from the following link:

    Thanks in Advance,

make sure the path is correct if you have copy-pasted from the walkthrough. The "Program Files" folder name depends on OS - in x64 OS, you should use "Program Files (x86)", for german the folder name is "Programme" or "Programme (x86)" etc...

You can check where you have installed you dynamics nav in c:\ drive & i there check the service2 folder path & compare the same with the services you have created.

I think that you can find more info in Event Log... ;-)

Do not forget - checking event log is first step to solve some problem with services...
