Print preview and print layout in RTC report not the same?

hi all...
i have some problem with RTC report
why sometimes Print preview and print layout in RTC report not the same?
for example i want to show Document No. in header part
i'm using =reportitems!

in the preview is showed.... but in print layout gone
and sometimes also happen vice versa... in preview not showed but print layout showed

how to fix this, so that both will be the same?

I already use this method
i set hidden as true in every field
but sometimes still not showing in print layout
what i do is.... delete that field,and then add one column again
is there any better method than mine?

is it a whole row with hidden fields or hidden fields added at the end of rows which is having some fields visible?

so i have table in body
lets say.. column 1 until column 10
i hide them one by one
and then sometimes for example column 5 not appear in the header

my header and line in one table
but every header i hide them....
for the preview now it's already ok
but what i want to know is.... is there any other method?

We use hidden property for this.

actually i dont want to preview at all
so i use processing only now

u can simply delete the layout.
Set precessing only true in classic

previously i want to set an option
so user will have 2 options
1. preview in report
2. export to excel

if they want to export to excel so no need to preview in report

If you are exporting data through coding in dataitem triggers..then no need of preview..

keep a copy of report and then try by deleting the layout. :thumbsup:
