Lock by another User

Dear all,

I'm using NAV 2009R2 and its often happen lock by another user.
When I see in sessions nothing is lock or block the process
anyone have idea why its happened?
How to solve this problem?

Most likely a SQL performance issue. You'll need to turn on the SQL profiler to see what processes is taking the longest. You can read up SQL performance tuning in course 80156 that can be downloaded from Partnersource or Customersource.
