Windows login : configure a display name?

Hi experts,
Is it possible to configure a display name when using Windows Logins?
I need this because my company uses non-mnemonic logins such as USERS\151698777..
It is not very user-friendly when using the notification feature for example...
It is not possible to use most easy-understanding login names as my company has more than 100.000 employees.
Can you advise please?
