Session Manager
It's often common practice among users of such programs to open a session at the beginning of the working day and keep it captured, but not active, throughout the day. Session Manager is used to control this practice and to release the sessions that show no activity.

    How are you figuring out Activity?
    Thru keystrokes?
    What if I'm posting 100 orders and walk away from the computer?
    Or are you using the Processes CPU Usage?

    It looks like it needs to be installed on all clients, run's at startup if you wish, icon can be hidden.

    Where would this be installed? On the Terminal Server?
