Process only report request form in not displaying in RTC

Hi Everybody,

I have a scenario where i have process only report having request form. It is working fine with classic client, but when i run this report from RTC, i am not able to see the request form. can anybody help me why this is happening so.

Now able to see the request page when i run the process only report.
