Problems upgrading: Cannot access forms

Hello, I'm doing the upgrading from Axapta 3.0 to Dynamics AX 2009. I have done all the steps from Microsoft upgrade guide and I have already copied the application files, started the AOS, and now, I'm trying to start the AX Client, because I need that the upgrading checklist appear. When I started the client, I received some errors like:

"Error under running of code: invalid object code. Recompile script.

or:

The upgrading checklist doesn't appear, and If I try starting it manually or accessing to any form, I get the next error:

Also the AOT is disabled, and I can't access to it.

I have started the client with the CUS layer, and I have the development license. Also my user is machine's administrator .

Can anyone help me??
