upgrade tool kit error 52033

i'm working on a migration from nav 4.2 to nav 2009. i'm trying to use the devtoolkit, when i try to open a database its gives me two message boxes with the following errors :
1 - error 52033
2 - u have not selected a database
1 - error 52033
2 - u have not selected a database

Hi,
Are you working on a SQL database. If so, did you enable the traceflag 4616?
You usually get that error when the traceflag is not set on SQL.

Did you made a database for upgrading? And I do not mean the database you want to upgrade, but the database made to import your objects into to merge.
Did you import the toolkit.fob into your upgradedb?0 -
now it works perfectly i did import the upgrade fob. i copied the cfront directory into the dev toolkit install directory i copied some files from the client install directory into the devtoolkit install directory.
