Role for RTC

hi all...
1. i want to know how NAV configure the role in RTC
for example IT MANAGER, what he can do? and what can't do?
how do i find that?

2. how about 1 user has 2 roles?
he/she will be Accounting Manager and IT Manager?
how do i set him as 2 roles?

1) IF you set any role to user in User personalization then that role is oped for that user. otherwise default role will be opened

2) Assigning 2 roles to one used is not possible

sorry i dont get it in point 1
point ok.. then i 'll know that i can assign 2 profile in 1 user
but how we supposed to do if we want to assign user as a It manager and he/she will what accounting manager do also?

The default roles which we have now are for just information..
If they didnt fit exactly in our live scenario,we have to create new role based on our requirement and use.

If you want to assign both IT Manager and Account Manager roles to single user, you need to create new role with both activities assign to particular user.

how do i know... IT manager is can open this...this...this...and this...
i want to add that...that....that...and that for our IT manager

Pages
so for example nav have pages 1-10
then i want to assign this it manager can open pages 1-5 only

Then you have add those 5 pages only to IT Manager role..dont add remaining 5 pages to that Role..

so you mean we must change the page of this role center?
let say for example Sales Manager only that have access to Report 50001
we should add this report 50001 in page 9005 Sales Manager Role Center , is it?

i thought user can add their own role
like if IT manager (from original NAV) and IT Manager 2 (from what they create)

I like the scenario in the walkthrough:

BTW, don't mix Roles with User Permissions.
