Print posted Journal voucher

Dear all,

We use both no series and posting no series in our general journal batch. Before post, user will print out the journal voucher witht he no series for approval. After approval, those rejected entry will be deleted from the journal and posted. Posted document will the use the posting no series to replace the initial no series. My question is, how to allow user to print out the posted journal voucher for them to keep as record or filing?

You Can ask them to take the print out of test report which is at
Post button --> Test Report.

If you want you can customise the report as per the user requirment.
