Upgrading Axapta 3.0 to Dynamics AX 2009: Error starting AOS

Good morning, I'm doing the upgrade from Axapta 3.0 to Dynamics AX 2009.
I have done all the steps necessary, following the Microsoft's upgrade guide, but when I want to start the AOS, I received an error:
Object Server 01: Dialog issued for client-less session 1:
[Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server] The column name 'CREATEDDATETIME' is not valid.
[SELECT A.GROUP_,A.DESCRIPTION,A.CREATEDDATETIME,A.DEL_CREATEDTIME,A.CREATEDBY,
A.RECVERSION,A.RECID FROM BATCHGROUP A WHERE (GROUP_=?)]
Do you know why it happens? Can someone help me??
