Version 4 upgrade probelm

On the value entry table, there is a problem with the data in the valued qty field being equal to zero.
The upgrade will not run because the valued qty is = to 0. (upgrade step 2)
Does anyone know how the valued qty field gets populated or what the field is used for?

i got the same Problem and would be very thankful for an Answer.
Maybe there is something special with our Installations???
Nobody else reported about this error!?
