Can any one tell me How to calculate the retirement date in navision in with employee table????

I dont think we have any field like that in base..
we have create a new field and calculate based on your condition.

that depends on the company policies..you have to get the calculation formula from your company only

I've been looking for retirement calculators, and then I bumped into this forum. I found lots of formulas, dont know which is correct.
I think the retirement date really depends on the person and the employer
long term care insurance
