Security filter error

NAV 2009 R2 classic client, security model standard.
I have a user with security filter in table 349:
Code:'ADM'
Blocked:'No'

When i try to make a purchase order, i select the dimension 1 value lookup (it filters ok) but when i select the value, i get an error:
"You do not have permission to read the dimension value table".

If i change the security filter in table 349:
Code:'ADM'
(I have deleted "Blocked:no")
Then works fine (i select the value dimension and i can continue with the purchase order).

I seems that there is problem when there are 2 security filters in the same table (i change the field blocked in the security filter with another field, and got the same error when i have 2 fields in the security filter).

Any idea?

I've just checked using 2 fields in security filter and noticed no problem. Are you sure the reason behind this is security filter?
By the way why do you use Blocked:No in security filter? User can't enter a dim value which is blocked so in this case this selection seems useless.

Really, the security filter is, in the dimension value (id.349) tabledate:
Dimension code: DPTO
Code: ADM

And i am using Cronus database without any customization.
