Try to re-register MSXML.DLL in SYSTEM32 folder with REGSVR32.EXE ('REGSVR32.EXE MSXML.DLL')

Have your NAV partner check with MSFT support. There are a number of hotfixes that addresses that issue, depending on the NAV version you are on.

I have the same error. We did technical upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0

Tried:
Reinstaling of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Instaling of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
regsvr 32 ndsm.dll

Nothing worked. Any other advice?
