Outlook synchronisation versus Exchange

Hello,

we are using Navision 4.03, with outlook (2007) and use the outlook synchronisation (no adjustments/ std. Cronus).
Appointments created in Navision are synchronised to Outlook (Outlook .Pst configuration). Works fine.
Appointments created in Navision are NOT synchronised to Outlook (Outlook Exchange configuration). Error in the Outlook
intergration log : 'Outlook item cannot be created. Check setup settings.'

    The solution sofar :
    Export the mailbox, delete the mailbox, create the mailbox new, and import the export.
    The problem downside of this sollution : the appoints in outlook, get a new GUID.
