??? If you know the folder name, you know the path, or you don't? Or you want to find any folder X on the computer?

I have no knowledge of a folder object in NAV.
Windows shell automation can help you here.
recursivly iterate over every folder's subfolders.
When you've found the folder either return the path and break and/or insert the full path in a table and keep on iterating finding every folder X
