One of our customers has a problem when printing to a pull-printer from within Navision. They are using Safecom from the company Datascan. From within Navision they can select the printer, select which tray to use and so on. After they have printed the document they go to the printer, supply the securitycard and the printer starts printing the correct amount of pages. Even from the correct tray ... but all pages are blank.
Printing from other applications suchs as Word or Excel to the Safecom pull-printer is no problem.
Printing from Navision to another printer is also no problem.
Customer is using Navision 5.0 SP1 through a Citrix environment on a large network.
Does somebody have any experience with similar problems when printing from Navision?
Any solutions or tips?
