InStore Document does not Exist

Dear All,
i have an issue of LS Retail and its urgent::
I have 10 Store, 1 is Offline and other 9 are online store.
In Store 1 we have made it offline.
Now if we create Transfer Order form store 2 to store 3 which are online. the systemgives error for InStore document at receiving of items at store 3.
It should no happen as both stores are online.
Also the system is checking for permission of Codeunit :: instore Mgt.(10001320) for execute
in licence.
I am confused what is happening..
