How to post to Job Ledger Entry with entry type = Sale

Hi Expert,

Is there any way to post to Job Ledger Entry with Entry Type = Sale from Job Journal Line?

We need to upload data to Job Journal with type = G/L Account.
For Sales G/L Account, we need to post with "Entry Type" = "Sale" instead of "Usage".
However all Entry Type = Usage, regardless what ever Job Line Type we chosen.


From Help, it said that Entry Type = "Usage" if posted from journal. However is there any work around without post from Sales?

The field contains the type of the entry. There are two types of entries:

Usage

Usage entries can be posted from the Job Journal, Job G/L Journal, Purchase Invoice and Purchase Credit Memo

Sale

Sales entries can be posted from the Sales Invoice and Sales Credit Memo
