Item Journal Batch disappears

Any one of you faced this problem before? we are on Nav 5.0SP1 Native.

I have created 5 separate batches on Item journal batch screen, separate for each user. I see some times batches are automatically disappeared when user posts entries from item journal screen. Is there any limitation on the number of batches? First, I thought user was deleting the batches, but later come to know it’s happening automatically when user post the item journal normally.

Does the above scenario happen when you do it in the standard, unmodified CRONUS database?

Does the batch name end with a number?

Upon posting (for us) if I end he batch name in a number it increments on posting - perhaps falling out of your filter?

Thanks for the replies. No, I haven’t tested in Cronus. I am sure; we haven’t done any customization to Item journal and not even to posting routine. I guess, it should work if it works in Cronus.

Our batch names contain a number in the middle. For example, “Sneha1-IJ”. There are no filters applied, I tried by clicking show all button.
