Problem when adding picture to report via Visual Studio

Hi,

I would like to add a picture on NAV standard report to be shown on RTC . I have done all steps from

but cannot get object compiled.
Trying to compile an object I'm geeting an error message:

"Error while validating RDL content:
The Value for the image 'image1" has a constant value.
Value requires a binary value, so it cannot be a constant".

Any ideas?

Do you link the picture that are stored in database or externally from file?
