Image Box in RTC

Hi All,
I am facing problem in adding image box in RTC report. As you can see in attachment that in section there is a Image box which collect picture from my local hard drive. DataSetField Name property is not getting generated while opening and closing and saving the layout(You ).
How can I add this image box in RTC report

EDIT: but if you will use only this image, you can just add it in the report layout.
