Database server warning and NAS warning

when i start the service of N. database server i get this warning:

"The system failed to retrieve the object from Active Directory.

The system returned the following error:
0x80005000

Contact your system manager or your vendor for support."

and when start the nas service i get this warning to:

"The network path cannot be found.

This message refers to the file .

The network server may be down, or the path may be invalid."


What that means? anyone can help me?
