Screening / trace of granules and functions used

Hello everybody,

I have a strange and important problem.

At the moment we are a Ms Dynamics NAV partner having a NFR license, complete at users and granules level and are using NAV as internal ERP System without any restriction.
In the future unfortunately we will not be partner and should (probably) buy the license as "MS Customer".

Someone had this experience?

If so we have to evaluate all functions and granules used by all users to evaluate the one necessary and the cost of them.
What do you advice?

Are there report / statistics or something that could help doing this thing? Traces?
