Navision bugs from 4.0 ,is it already fixed in NAV 2009 R2?

hi... i have questions
i want to upgrade database
some of my customer customization is called "fixed navision bugs" from the prevoius vendor
for example like this one (from cust. ledger entry table) :

- Std. Navision Bug-Fixes - Customer Remaining Amount as at Date
> Standard Navision may calculate the Remaining Amount value incorrectly, depending on how the user post their applications.
This may post a problem for customers who does a lot of back-dated applications.
> Create function to calculate the Remaining Amount and Remaining Amt. (LCY) based on all possible scenarios

a lot of code in this database called "fixed navision bugs"
how do i know that.... this is already fixed by microsoft or not

You will need to try it, or go through PartnerSource Knowledge Base and try to find the bug and look for solution.
