Filtering deleted fields in new version of NAV

Hello,
I use DTK to make an upgrade from 4.03 to 2009 NAV. I want to filter out the deleted fields from all tables in the 2009 version compared to 4.03. I know that the upgrade toolkit makes necessary clean-up for the deleted fields but there are some problems in the localized objects. Is it possible to do this in DTK?
