A customer of ours wants to do some basic RTC report layout tweaking (expand/shrink columns more than anything). To do this, do they need to buy visual studio? I had them download and install visual C# express thinking that might give them the components they need, but if they try to go to a report layout they get the error that visual studio is not installed.

Important is the "Reporting Add-In for Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005” option.
