RTC Export to Excel Error. The windows process cannot be ..

Here is the specs.

NAV 2009 R2.

From RTC my client from the COA tries to export to excel. It comes back with this error message.

The windows process cannot be started. Arguments :e "c:\documents and settings\wayne\local setting\temp\chart of accounts.xml".

I am not sure why it has an .xml extension.

Any ideas ?

    The export function creates xml file and open it with Excel. It is standard way...

    Have you MS Excel installed on the computer, where the Client is running?

    Yes, Microsoft Excel is installed on the computer. They can use it fine.

    Their version is office 2010 32 bit.

    in my client machine i hav installed LibreOffice. so m getting this error "the process cannot be started"

    I've got a customer on 2009 r2 who is also having this issue. Was any fix ever found?
