error while running reports

hi,

i am getting error- You cannot export an empty blob(Template) while running a report which is similar to delhi vat report

which i customized.can u suggest a soln.for this?

Check whether you have any data in Template field of VAT Report table.

You may be getting error while exporting blank Template..

VATReport.CALCFIELDS(Template);
VATReport.Template.EXPORT(FileName);

BLOB field have a function called HASVALUE that you can check to see if anything is stored in it.
