Permission Problem

Hi Everybody,

I am getting the following error for the Windows user in a particular NAV System. xxxxx represents the exact table name as written in sql.

Microsoft [ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Cannot find the object xxxxx because it does not exist or you do not have permissions


The issue is that I cannot understand why this is happening as the users have got a super and all roles. Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening.

Probably you have the "Enhanced Security Model" and you haven't synchronized the user (even a SUPER-user you need to synchronize).

If there is no particular reason to have "Enhanced Security Model", it is better to change it to "Standard Security Model".
