Zetafax - Sales Order wont fax from one workstation

We have multiple workstations that fax their Sales Order confirmations from Nav. We have one workstation (the "Bad" workstation) that can't, they get a "Failed to Send" error message.

The "Bad" workstation can fax the Sales Order Pick ticket, and Zetafax handles it fine but when they try to fax the Sales Order confirmation, it bombs.

Two things to note - the Pick Ticket Report is not coded to pick up the fax number automatically, the Sales Order confirmation report is coded to pick up the fax number

What's strange is that the other workstations can fax the exact same Sales Order Confirmation just fine, and the code works, picking up the fax number.

The Zetafax client versions are exactly the same (10.0.409)
The user is a Super user in Navision, so it's not a permissions issue.

Can anyone suggest someplace else I should be looking? ](*,)
