getting a SQL error PLZ Help....!!!!

Hi,
I just have migrated a NAV DB(SQL) from 4 to 6 SP1 ....now after taking the backup when i try to restored into 6 SP1 SQl is throwing an error however the backup is restored successfully.....
The error is like:--
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic
The following SQL Server error or errors occurred when accessing the Object table:
102,"42000",[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near 'UNKNOWN'.
8180,"42000",[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared.
