hello, as soon as I read the whole discussion, I intend that you can help me,
so ,I'll explain my problem more precisely:
1 - How to access a text file? (via NAS)
2 - read the contents of this file is a record? (via NAS)
3 - save this record in a specific table base NAVISION (via NAS)
****** Note: This line is syntactically well formed to be compatible with the table fields

Basically it sounds like you are trying to run a data port against a given file at some point in time via a NAS - correct? Is this supposed to be a recurring process?

Right off the bat I would look at using a Codeunit or a Report to call a dataport (or just consume the text file via a file variable) and then have that report/codeunit called via the Job Queue. This is available in the 5.0 product (but not earlier versions...double check that) and provides a really good way of scheduling automatic tasks like this.
