Outlook sync problem - is it related to Microsoft Exchange?

Hi,

Will having a Microsoft Exchange email setup prevent Outlook / Navision sync from working?

I have one super Nav user that can run Outlook sync fine - but no other super Nav (or any Nav user) user can download the files. The only difference is the user that CAN Snyc successfully is not using a Microsoft Exchange account.

I am using NAV 2009 SP1. Webservices. I have set up all the users in Navision with APP, Tasks, Contacts, etc.

In outlook - all computers can "connect" using the test connection fine:

But when you try to sync on the Exchange user's computers -- it only progresses a little bit then stops.

When it finally times out - it says the user is not set up in Navision. Which is not true. Any ideas?? [-o<

I have set up Kerberos and SPN and Delegation successfully. I think this is related to Exchange somehow.

Oh - the Exchange server is a different PC than the SQL/Navision server. Does that matter?
